[Pad Woon Sen] Khun Naam has been feeding me a lot this month! Best Food by Naam, the little shack in my hood that’s cooking up a little storm for us local foreigners! She works with 2 little stoves, 1 wok, and a couple of little pots & pans and a jolly fella assistant in her little kitchen; and runs a full house of hungry customers every evening! Patience 🙇🏻‍♀️ is virtue, and most definitely required when you dine here! This humble Stir Fried Glass Noodles with Seafood doesn’t look much but it is delish! The noodles are perfectly fried.. fluffy & flavorful! And the prawns 🦐 and squid 🦑 were fresh.
