Have you tried the popular Fried Porridge? I’ve always been curious! Plain porridge is wok fried with an array of ingredients and seasonings and served piping hot in a claypot. Sure sounds unique and promising. But can’t say it made an impression on me though 🤔! I mean it’s not awful... I just couldn’t find the X-factor however hard I tried. ☝🏻Except for the super crunchy pork lard chips which screamed FRESHLY FRIED🔥! Now those little bastards were goooood🤪🤪🤪! Fatsochef makes ✂️Scissors Cut Curry Rice✂️ This popular Singaporean meal is aptly named because the vendor literally snips your food to bite size with a pair of scissors! He’ll follow with drowning everything in yellow curry sauce and brown braise gravy; what you get is a big mangled mess of a meal! But also one of the most multi flavored, textured, layered and colorful mangled delicious one-plate-meal ever 😻!
