Mini Geoducks! If you haven’t tried these, you gotta! Despite the name which obviously derived from its appearance, I doubt they’re anywhere close to the geoduck. These meaty shellfish taste way better 👍🏻 than the former. The meat is firm and tender. We ordered them done in a simple ginger-scallion stir fry and it really brought out the natural sweetness of the meat. Will take this humble baby over the exotic geoduck any day!
